Wild Alaskan Sockeye and Coho Salmon, Cod, and Rock Fish
Susie’s sister lives in Alaska, and we worked with her to find a fishery up there that could supply us with wild Alaskan coho and sockeye salmon as well as rockfish and cod. Forget the pink dyed farm raised salmon you find in the supermarket. Check out our pink and almost red wild salmon. It’s beautiful and it tastes as good as it looks.
